     Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
1 cup cooked, chopped ham
3 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 5-6)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
chopped onion if desired
black pepper
 

Instructions
Combine soup, milk, and pepper.
In greased 9x13 baking dish, layer 1/2 potatoes, onion if desired, ham, and 1/3 soup mixture.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 375 for one hour until potatoes are tender. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 minutes.
