     Chicken Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth
4 med potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c chopped onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
salt. pepper to taste
1/2 tsp each Accent and garlic powder
1/4 c cornstarch
1/2 c water
 
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 - 2 cups milk
1 lb velveeta cheese, sliced

Instructions
Add vegetables to broth in large saucepan. Cook til potatoes are almost tender.
Add bouillon, salt, pepper, accent, garlic powder and velveeta. Heat til velveeta melts.
Add cornstarch to water and slowly stir into soup; stir until thickened.
Add chicken and milk and heat but do not boil. Allow to stand an hour before serving to absorb flavors. Reheat.
