Fry sirloin strips with 1/2 tsp. of garlic and onion til meat is no longer pink. Place in bottom of crock pot. Add soy sauce, butter, brown sugar and remaining garlic to the crock. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook 3-4hrs on low. About 30min before serving, add broccoli and green pepper (you can add them sooner, but I prefer my veggies to retain color/crunch)
