Nancy Klocke Gartner's Goulash

Ingredients

	1 lb ground chuck
	1 large can crushed tomatoes
	1 medium onion, diced
	4 oz. cooked macaroni
	basil
	salt and pepper
	1 to 2cups grated sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions


Brown chuck and diced onion. Drain grease. Add macaroni, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer slowly until thick. Add 1-2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese.
