1/4 c margarine

1/2 c peanut butter

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c brown sugar (packed)

3/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions |

Mix crisco, margarine, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and egg.

Blend together all dry ingredients. Stir into shortening mixture. Chill if desired.

Use scoop to create 1 inch balls, placed on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten criss-cross style with fork.

|
|
Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degress (convection oven).
