Servings   8-9 pints

Ingredients
10 c. tomatoes ( Boil and quarter )
3 1/2 chopped onion
3 c. red/green pepper chopped
8 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 TBSP. oregano
3 TBSP. canning salt
2 TBSP. chili powder
1 1/2 TBSP. cumin
 
18 oz. tomato paste

Instructions
Boil all ingredients except tomato paste for 15 minutes.
Add tomato paste and boil for additional 5 minutes. Put in jars. Seal in hot water bath for 15 minutes. (I think there is too much tomato paste in this recipe, so next time I make it I'll reduce it to 12 oz.)
