1/4 cup agave nectar (or brown sugar, sugar, or honey)
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
2 small bananas mashed
1 large egg lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray an 8x8 inch apn with cooking spray.
Combine oats, 10 grain cereal, baking powder, and salt. Set Aside.
In another bowl combine sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract and bananas.
Combine the wet with the dry ingredients
Pour in banana oat mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Add walnuts to the top and bake for another 5 mintues to toast them. Serve warm.
