     Potato Cheese Casserole

Servings   10-12 servings

Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
8 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture into a buttered 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10-12.
