     Parmesan Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1.25 lbs ground turkey
4 slices whole wheat bread, made into fine crumbs
1/2 c fat-free milk
1 egg white, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
 
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp thyme leaves, crumbled
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
barbeque sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350, spray 8x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a small skillet, heat the oil. Saute the onion until tender (4-5 mins).
In medium bowl, combine onion, turkey, bread crumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, thyme, and pepper. Shape into loaf and transfer to pan. Top with barbeque sauce.
Bake until browned and cooked through (50-60 mins). Let stand 10 mins before slicing.
