     Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey breast
Egg substitute equal to 1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp steak sauce
1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
4 hamburger buns, split
Lettuce leaves and tomato slices
 

Instructions
In a bow, combine the first seven ingredients. Shape into four burgers (for easier shaping, use cold wet hands). Pan-fry grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
Yield- 4 servings. 285 calories, 411 sodium, 35 mg cholesterol, 26 gm carbohydrates, 33gm protein, 6gm fat.
