1 (4.5 oz) jar Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
6 cups hot water

Instructions
Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add chicken, onion and garlic; cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
Add all remaining ingredients except croutons; stir until bouillons is dissolved. Simmer about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. To serve, ladle soup into bowls; top with croutons.
