Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Microwave chocolate and margarine in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted, or melt in saucepan on very low heat; stir constantly until just melted. Remove from heat.

Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. With electric mixer on low speed, beat in eggs, one at a time, until completely mixed. Add vanilla.

Beat in 1/2 cup flour, baking soda and salt. Beat in remaining 1 1/2 cups flour alternately with buttermilk until well blended and smooth. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely on wire racks.
