     Sauced Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash (about 4 lbs)
boiling water
1 jar (15 1/2 oz) or 2 cups favorite spaghetti sauce,
heated
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Wash squash and cut into quarters. Remove seeds
In enough boiling water to cover, cook squash over medium-high heat, covered, until tender (20 minutes). Drain.
Remove pulp from rind by shredding pulp with a fork.
Top with heated sauce and Parmesan cheese.
