     Beef Burritos

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (17 oz) refried beans
1 tsp each salt and chili powder
1/3 cup hot or mild salsa
1 cup sliced ripe olives
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes
sliced jalapeno chilies, optional
canned or fresh diced green chilies, optional
 
4 large (10 or 12-in) flour tortillas, warmed
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
Optional topping- guacamole, sour cream, cherry
tomato halves, avocado slices, hot chilies,
and salsa.

Instructions
In a large skillet saute ground beef and onions until meat is browned and onions are soft.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except tortillas and cheese. Heat until bubbly.
Place about 1/2 cup of filling down the center of each tortilla; top with a sprinkling of cheese. Fold top and bottom edges over filling, and then fold in sides.
Serve with choice of toppings.
