Mix ingredients with mixer on medium for 3 minutes. Bake as directed on box.

GLAZE- 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 Tablespoons lemon juice. Mix together. Should be thin. Use a teaspoon of water at a time to thin out if needed.

|
|
Poke holes in cake with fork, pour glaze over cake. Cool.
