     Beef/Deer Stew

Ingredients
Aprox. 3 lbs beef stew meat or deer meat
10 cups water
1 package onion soup mix or beef onion soup mix
1 package vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup copped cellery
1 cup chopped carrots
2 cups mushrooms
1 bay leaf
 
1 can beef gravy
2 beef bullion cubes

Instructions
Brown meat in either oil or bacon grease. Cook vegetables and soup mixes and bullion cubes in water on a medium boil until tender. Add gravy and meat. Option- for thicker sauce use either more gravy or thicken with corn starch.
