Cook broccoli until tender and drain and reserve liquid.

|
Melt butter in pan, lightly saute onions.
|
|
|
Add to butter/onions flour. Stir and cook over low heat for 3-4 min. Ad milk and water slowly to make a white sauce.
|
|
|
Add broccoli and cheese. Add milk or water to make to consistancy desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
