Cut bread in half lengthwise. Hollow out top and bottom of loaves. Leave a 1/2 inch shell. Save bread for another use. Mix the mayo, cheeses, worcestershire sauce and green onion. Spread on tops and bottoms of each loaf.
Layer with meats and peperoncini, roasted cooled tomatoes and black olives. Drizzle meat sides with dressing. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
To serve cut into 1-1/2 inch slices.
