     Carrot Souffle

Ingredients
2 cans (14.5 oz) Sliced Carrotts
3 Large Eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon to taste
Powdered Sugar
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Mix Well!!!
Pour into a greased Baking dish and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until set.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top with powdered sugar
