     Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained
1.4 or 1.8 ounces of vegetable soup mix
1 garlic clove
1 lemon (2 tablespoons juice)
8 ounces of sour cream
Parmeasan cheese
 
2 Sourdough Bread Rounds
Vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice off top of one bread round/bowl to create a lid. Remove center of the round to form a well for dip. Slice the center of one bread bowl and the entire second round into cubes. Plce the bowl on a cookie sheet/stone along with the bread cubes. Spray all with vegetable oil.
Using a microwave safe bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth, add milk and whisk until smooth. Chop artichokes and add with the soup mix, and garlic to the cream cheese. Mix well. Microwave on high 5-7 minutes or until hot (do not boil). Juice lemon and measure 2 tablespoons juice. Stir juice and sour cream into hot mixture and pour into bread bowl.
If desired, grate parmesean cheese over top of bread bowl and crubes. Bake 13-15 munites until the bread cubes and top of dip are golden brown. Remove from oven, serve immediately.
