Preheat oven to 375 degreens. Coarsely chop chick. Dice bell pepper. Place both into large bowl.
Add 2 tablesppons of parsely, zest from 1 lemon, pressed garlic, mozzarella cheese, mayo and seasoning to the large bowl. Add grated parmesan cheese, reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish and mix well.
Unroll the crescent rolls, separating into 16 triangles. Arrange 8 of the triangles, slightly overlapping into a circle on a large round pizza sheet/stone with the pointed ends outward, and the other 8 with the pointed ends inward to create a wreath.
Spoon mixture evenly over the center of the circle created by the dough. Fold the triangles over the mixture. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the ring. Bake 28-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and garnish with remaining parsley if desired.
