500 ml whipping cream
|

10 eggs (regular size)

1 Onion, diced

1 Bell pepper, diced

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

---Filling---
|

1/2 package bacon, chopped and fried
|

1 cup grated cheddar cheese
|
|
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
|
|
1 tbsp fresh thyme
|
|
1/2 tsp curry powder
|
|
---Alternate filling---
|
|
1 cup grated Swiss Cheese
|
|
Fennel Sausage, cooked & crumbled
|
|
Diced Jalapenos
|
|
Cilantro & Chives
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Layer bacon, onion, bell pepper, cheese, and thyme
in the bottom of the pie shells.

|
Lightly whip eggs in a large bowl. Add all remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly. Ladle evenly into
the pie shells.
|
|
|
Place quiche in oven. After 15 minutes reduce heat
to 300 degrees.
|
|
|
When an inserted knife comes out clean remove from
oven. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
