1 bunch green onions

3 tablespoons butter

8 ounces sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

4-5 ounces grated cheddar cheese

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350. Peel and boil potatoes. Grate into a 9x13 cake pan.
|
|
|
While potatoes are cooking, saute green onions until soft.
|
|
|
Add onion, sour cream, soup, and cheddar cheese to potatoes and stir well.
|
|
|
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
