Place the garlic, 1 tbl rosemary, cayenne pepper and oil in a sauce pan and heat on low/medium heat for five minutes. Remove garlic pieces. Pour oil over almonds and toss. Stir in 1 1/2 tbl of salt.
Spread almonds onto sheet pan in a single layer. Place in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir in the rest of the rosemary and salt while nuts are still warm. Serve right away or store in airtight container. Can rewarm nuts in the microwave - about 1 minute.
