Ingredients
(3) 32 ounce cans of posole (hominy)
1 Bueno frozen green chili
1/2 Bueno frozen red chili
2 chopped onions
6 chopped cloves of garlic
8 cups of water
any size pork roast (bone in)
sliced raddishes (for garnish)
chopped onion (for garnish)
 
dried oregano (for garnish)
corn or flour tortillas

Instructions
Put roast in crock pot.
On top of roast, put thawed sauces, onions and garlic, and water.
Turn on high for 4 hours. At 3-1/2 hours, put in canned hominy.
Chop pork into pieces when done and put back in crock pot.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sliced raddishes, onions and oregano on top. Serve with warmed tortillas.
