2 Cups Prego Traditional Italian Sauce or Roasted Garlic and Herb Italian Sauce
Instructions
Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over med-high heat.
Add beef and cook 10 min until well browned on both
sides. Remove beef from the skillet and pour off any
fat.
Add onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning to
skillet. Cook until onions are tender. Return beef
to skillet. Stir in sauce.
Reduce heat to low and cook beef for 3 minutes for
medium-rare. Slice beef into thin diagonal slices,
serve with sauce.
Serve with potatoes roasted in olive oil and garlic
and steamed broccoli.
