     (OZ) HAMBURGER SAUSAGE

Ingredients
1 lb. cheap fatty HAMBURGER (really)
1/8 cup COLD WATER
1 teas. SALT
1 teas. COARSE BLACK PEPPER
3/4 teas. SAGE
1/4 teas. MARJORAM
1/8 teas. ground SAVORY
1/16 teas. ground GINGER
half pinch ground CLOVES
 
half pinch ground CAYENNE PEPPER

Instructions
Pre-mix spices.
Place raw hamburger in mixing bowl. Add cold water and spice mix. Mix and squish together thoroughly (like making meatloaf).
Form into four patties and pan-fry (or scramble for use in recipes)
Serving Suggestions
This is a pretty good substitute for store-bought pork sausage. Can be made with ground pork as well, of course..
