     Chocolate Chunk Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie crust
3 large eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chunks
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine eggs, syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla with wire whisk. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle chocolate chunks on bottom of pie crust. Pour pecan mixture over chocolate.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until knife inserted 2 inches from center comes out with bits of filling. Cool for 2 hours. Keep refrigerated.
