1 lb good sauerkraut, from the refrigerator section
1/2 pound dried apple slices or`1 lb apple slices
1 cup orange juice
carrawy seed , for sprinkling
1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Layer in crockpot- Pork, Apples, sauerkraut, caraway seed, brown sugar then, repeat. Pour Orange juice over all. Cook on low overnight, 10 hours, or on high for 6 hours
