     Summer Squash Casserole

Ingredients
6 cups sliced summer squash
1 lg. onion chopped
1 pkg. 8 oz. Herbed Pepperridge Farmsbread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated carrots
 

Instructions
Cook squash 5 minutes- Saute chopped onion in small amount of butter. mix soup and sour cream and carrots in a large bowl.
Add squash and onion mixture, stir gently. Add 1/2 cup melted butter to crumbs and stir- Put 1/2 crumbs in a 9x13 buttered dish, add squash and cover with the rest of crumbs. bake at 350 degree for 25-30 minutes. Yummy
