Mix marg., flour and nuts and press mixture into the bottom of a 11x8 pan, bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Mix the xxx sugar, cream cheese and cool whip till slightly thick. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix the instant pudding with the milk. pour over cream cheese layer. Put remaining cool whip on top and chill.Decorate the top with 1/2 cup nuts if desired.
