brown the hamburg ; put in taco mix following the pkg direction on back, add the sauce and simmer. Spread cream cheese in a pie plate or other dish add the hamburg mixture on the top of cream cheese. heat mixture in micro till hot and then add the cheddar on top and zap a couple of minutes or until the cheese melts. Can also be heated up in a 350 degree oven till hot. Serve with scoops...Yummy
