     Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 can black eyed peas
2 cans garbanzo beans
1 can black beans
3 cans diced tomatoes
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can yellow corn
red wine vinegarette
5 green onions (chopped)
1/2 red onion (chopped)
 
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
cilantro (chopped)-to taste
salt and pepper-to taste

Instructions
drain and rinse all canned ingredients, marinade overnight in redwine vinegarette
add in fresh ingredients, mix and serve with tortilla chips
Serving Suggestions
enhanced flavor if let sit for few hours-day after add veggies
