4 small boneless skinless chicken half breast (1/4 lb a piece)
4 kraft singles
4 slices of bacon
4 Tbsp balsamic vinagrette dressing
Instructions
heat grill to medium heat. pound chicken to 1/4 in thickness
top with singles and roll up tightly. Wrap with bacon around the long sides of roll covering exposed singles, stretching bacon as necessary to fit; secure with toothpicks
grill 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done. Turn frequently and brushing with dressing the last 5 minutes
