Ingredients
1/2 cup of cold butter
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons of sugar
salt
4-6 teaspoons of cold water
 
Instructions
Mix flour with sugar and salt, cut butter with a fork until pea-sized, add water teaspoon at a time constantly cutting in with a fork
When starts to pul apart squeez with hands a couple of times then roll out with a rolling pin
Fill with any filling you prefer
Double the recipe for bottom and top crusts
