     Very Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice (all natural preferred)
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt (I use Mountain High, lowfat all natural-plain)
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup blueberries
or do 3/4 cups mixed frozen berries, I find this to be the easiest
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
Serving Suggestions
Makes one full cup, double if making for 2 people
