     Scalloped Potatoes version 4

Ingredients
Potatoes, sliced thin
Ham cut into bite size pieces
Milk
Flour
Butter
Salt
Pepper
 

Instructions
Parboil potatoes in milk for 10 minutes. Remove potatoes and set aside. Saute butter and flour together for 5 minutes. Add to milk and stir until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, ham, sauce in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
