Spray small skillet with cooking spray. Pour egg whites into skillet. Add fresh spinach, salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning. Cook till egg is set on top, then flip over and cook till done. Toast bagel and heat up ham either in skillet or microwave. Assemble together and add salsa.
