1 Tbs. chili powder, 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 tea, salt
1 1/2 tea. groung cumin
2 tea. honey. 3garlic cloves, minced, 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
Heat 1 tea. oil in pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and 2 garlic cloves; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add beans, corn, tomato, onion, and bell peppers in a large bowl.
To prepare dressing, combine juice and the next 7 ingredients(juice through garlic cloves)stirring with a whisk. Stir in cilantro. Pour dressing over the bean mixture; stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour
