Ingredients
3 cups shredded broccoli stalks,1/2 cup carrots and1/2cup cabbage, all shredded
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice or white rice vinegar
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1 cored, chopped red apple, (optional)
8oz. fat- free lemon yogurt
 

Instructions
Toss all the ingredients together and serve
