Ingredients
12 slices of french bread
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced (3/4 cup)
2 Tbs. sliced , green pimiento stuffed olives
2 Tbs. sliced ripe black olives
2 Tbs sliced green onions
1 Tb. italian dressing
4 lg. fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
 
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
heat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bread with a mixture of oil and garlic mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until dry and toasted. Set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl mix the remaining ingredients; except basil and cheese. With a slotted spoon , spoon tomato mixture on toasts. Top with basil and cheese, serve with drinks of course!
