1/2 cup green onion

2 oz uncooked shrimp & scallops

Instructions |
|
|
cut peppers in half, remove seeds but leave stalk on. in a hot oiled
skillet face peppers down and cook quickly til edges are charred.
Saute onions

cook rice according to package. 5 minutes before rice is done, add
all ingredients.

|
fill the peppers, top with cheese. put under broiler for 5 minutes
|
