     Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
3 bell peppers
1/2 cup green onion
2 oz uncooked shrimp & scallops
2 tablespoons of butter
5 oz mozzarella cheese
1 box chicken flavored rice
 

Instructions
cut peppers in half, remove seeds but leave stalk on. in a hot oiled skillet face peppers down and cook quickly til edges are charred. Saute onions
cook rice according to package. 5 minutes before rice is done, add all ingredients.
fill the peppers, top with cheese. put under broiler for 5 minutes
