     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
Baked potatoes in skin (leftovers are good)
butter, salt, pepper to taste
sour cream, shredded cheese as desired
 

Instructions
Cut potatoes in half. Scoop potatoes out of skin into bowl, keeping skin intact to refill with the potato mixture.
Mash potatoes and add butter, salt, pepper, and sour cream as desired. Cheese can be mixed in with other ingredients or placed on top.
Bake @ 375 for 30-45 minutes until heated through.
