Combine first three ingredients and press into a 9
x 13 inch pan. In blender chop peaches. In large
bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in
milk until smooth stirring in lemon juice and
peaches. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in pan. Freeze
several hours or overnight. Remove from freezer
before dinner.
