     SLow-Cooker Mozzarella Meat Loaf

Ingredients
2 slices white sandwich bread
1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
1/3 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1 t. oregano
1 t. garlic powder
3/4 t. salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 T. ketchup
 

Instructions
Tear bread slices into large pieces and blend in food processor until they form fine crumbs. Combine bread crumbs, sirloin, mozzarella, pepperoni, oregano, garlic powder, salt and eggs in a large bowl and mix gently with your hands to combine. From mixture into a 9 x 6 inch loaf pan. Place in slow cooker.
Brush meatloaf with ketchup, cover and cook on low until meat is cooked through, about 5 hours.
