     Crock-pot Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
10 tortillas ( I used a few more)
3 cups shredded cheese
paprika
 
garlic powder/salt

Instructions
Cook beef, onion, and garlic until cooked. Stir in soups and Rotel.
Spray slow cooker. Spread about 1/4c. of enchilada sauce in the bottom of the crock-pot. Put 4 tortillas over sauce, overlapping and breaking if needed making even layer.
Top w/ 1/3 of the beef mixture, keeping even. Drizzle 1/4 cup enchilada sauce followed by 1 Cup of cheese.
Repeat layers twice, except use 3 tortillas in remaining layers Sprinkle paprika over the top. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
