|
Remove the stems on brinjals and cut them into slits at bottom (twice in opposite direction)

|
Grind onions and mix with veg masala paste, salt and fill in the brinjal slits.
|
|
|
Take oil in a vessel and add brinjals slowly after oil is heated. Cook under low flame by keeping little water on the top of the lid
|
|
|
Cook completely and serve hot.
