     Cream Cheese Frosting No. 2

Ingredients
8 oz. cubed chilled cream cheese
1 stick butter, room temperature
pinch of salt
2 1/ - 3 cups powdered sugar
 

Instructions
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese with butter and salt until creamy. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
