     Choco-Peanut Butter Swirl Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup water
3 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. peanut butter
2-3 tbsp. milk
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp. chopped peanuts
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan with vegetable oil. For cake, place cake mix in medium mixing bowl. In a small mixing bowl,whisk water, peanut butter, and eggs until well blended. Stir peanut butter mixture into cake mix. Mix until well blended.
Pour half of batter (about 2 cups) into prepared pan. Melt chocolate and smooth. Stir into remaining batter, Swirl into batter in the pan. Cook for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes in pan. Carefully invert pan onto cooling rack to remove cake. Cool for 30 minutes.
For glaze, whisk peanut butter and 2 tbsp. milk until smooth. Add powdered sugar; mix until smooth. If necessary gradually add additional 1 tbsp. milk until glaze is of desire consistency. Drizzle glaze over cake; sprinkle nuts evenly over cake.
