     Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
12 chicken wings about 2 pounds
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bbq sauce
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES
 

Instructions
Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces, discard tip. Cut off excess skin and discard.
Melt butter in 13x9x2 pan in oven. Mix flour, salt and pepper in heavy resealable bag. Add chicken, seal tightly. Shake until chicken is complelty coated with flour mixture. Place chicken in oven.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Mix bbq sauce, pepper sauce and cajun seasoning. Turn chicken. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Toss until evenly coated with sauce.
Bake uncovered 10 to 12 minutes longer or until light golden brown on the outside and the juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of the thickest pieces are cut.
